WHO QUALIFIES FOR A K-2 VISA?

Minor unmarried
children (under 21 years old) of the K-1
foreign fiancée may qualify for K-2 status.
The children must be listed on the fiancée
Petition.

After entering the
United States, the K-2 minor children may
apply for adjustment of status to
conditional lawful permanent resident.

The K-2 visa holder
is eligible to apply for employment
authorization in the United States.
