The United States Department of State released a public notice on September 16, 2016 providing information on how to apply for the Diversity Immigrant Visa Program for 2018 (DV-2018). OVERVIEW: "Diveristy immigrants" are foreigners from countries with historically low rates of immigration to the United States. 50,000 diversity visas (DVs) will be available for the fiscal year of 2018. No single country may receive more than 7% of the available DVs in any one year. ELIGIBILITY

U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) announced today that data entry of all FY15 H-1B cap petitions has been completed. USCIS will now begin returning all H-1B cap petitions that were not selected in the lottery. Our office successfully obtained receipts for all of the H-1Bs we filed this season. This means that all of our H-1B clients this season were selected in the lottery! We are extremely happy for them. #h1b #uscis #lottery
